Internship Opportunities - Customer Relations Management
You, patient and resourceful, like to support our customers efficiently via phone, email and in a dynamic social media environment (facebook/twitter/etc). As a friendly and reliable point of contact, you are playing a vital role in growing Deal’s excellent reputation towards Deal’s subscribers and customers, business leaders and with our managers/executives.
Requirements:
• Experience in customer relations
• Used to high-performance environment
• Mature, confident, pro-active, organized and self-motivated
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Chinese or Malay are a plus
• Excellent team player and multi-tasking
• Valid work visa
